Engineer keeps cancelling

I've had four cancelled appointments to install boosters. Each time, I've sat in and waited or asked a family member to be home. I keep getting £30.29 compensation but what I actually want is for the WiFi in my home to work as was guaranteed to me in October. What would you do?

Yes, I ring each time and they apologise and book a new appointment out and then the same thing happens.

Keep booking until Sky has paid out enough to buy a really good mesh system with no monthly running cost ; )

 

I'd note that 4x£30 is already quite a lot more than the price of a three-node Deco M4
