Number of devices

Good afternoon, does Sky have a limited number of devices allowed to be connected?
We have 2 TV's, 1 laptop and 3 phones connected and it's not allowing us to connect our 3rd TV

ISP routers do have functional limits, but they aren't anywhere near that low.

In what way is the television 'not allowed'?

Hi, thank you for your reply. When I put the password, it doesn't work.

If that's a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

Some television sets connect more easily using a WPS button press rather than password entry.
