Since getting home at 8pm my internet has not been working since (my wife reckons it's not been working since this afternoon) !!
I've just spent over 2 hours running connection checker on the My Sky App and following the various instructions and still no internet.
the checks state is that there's no local issues and that my broadband and WiFi set up is apparently ok however the Q box only has 2 green lights showing (power and WiFi) while the middle internet light is either off or flashing amber / orange?
I've tried pressing the reset button, powering down the QBox, removing all the wires and and then plugging them back and still no luck.
it's frustrating that you can't actually speak to Sky after 9pm
