Engineer has not come yet

So, Thursday, I rang sky because my Internet was still not working, and the orange light was appearing all around my Internet. So they rang me a dirty and 30 with my brother and I said they will send someone out. They said that they would be here Friday or Saturday. It is now Saturday night and still no one has been here. I haven't had Wi-Fi since Tuesday mind you.

The answers still the same.

This link outlines auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.

Openreach don't work on domestic faults at weekends so it'll be Monday now at the earliest.

This is the proper version Apologies.
