Engineer can't fix the new connection after his visit

Dear Sky Customer Service,

I am writing to inform you of my recent relocation to Liverpool,  Thirlmere Road. Previously, I resided in Burgess Hill and maintained active contracts with Sky for broadband services. I am now in the process of transferring my Sky Max and other services to my new Liverpool address. An Openreach engineer visited yesterday and was unable to complete the wiring due to the cable's length. The engineer indicated that a service provider or another engineer would contact me within 15 hours; however, I have yet to receive any communication. As working professionals, reliable internet access is essential. I kindly request that you address this matter with the utmost urgency. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

@KuldeepSidpara Think you will find nothing to do with sky in any format!

I apologize, but I am unable to interpret your previous response. I currently maintain an active subscription for Sky WiFi services.

@KuldeepSidpara OR Openreach operate and control the Infrastructure that sky Deliver the Broadband Signal to wherever it is required to be, if OR failed to get it there then sky can do nothing but wait until they are finished and complete with that part!

The top off the page, and About explains all about the Forum and it's operation, you are NOT talking direct to sky when you post just customers like you passing on and helping with what can be done!
