2.4GHz WiFi Stopped working.

Hello, probably a long shot. Out of a sudden all all my older devices that's running in 2.4GHz suddenly disconnected to the Sky Hub. The hub is setup with a separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz. They both have different wifi SSID. All the while it's working fine until it's not and that was out of a sudden. When I used my mobile phone to scan the WiFi signal, I can only see the 5GHz SSID. The 2.4 one disappeared. I have tried reboot the hub, sync it to 5GHz, unsync it, changed the bandwidth and also channel all in vain. Anyone face this issue before and any solution to it? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Kai2025

Have you tried holding the reset button on the rear of the hub for 30 seconds? Once you've done this you will need to go in and seperate the two bands again.

Re: 2.4GHz WiFi Stopped working.

Thanks for your suggestion. That was my last resort, as I’ve got some port forwarding and firewall rules that I’d prefer not to reconfigure. I did the 30-second reset, and it worked for a few hours before the issue returned. I’ve also noticed that the 2.4G SSID intermittently disappears (when scanned from two of my mobile phones) before disappearing completely.

@Kai2025 It may just be that you hub is failing, so time to get a new one call to sky for that too happen!
