Engineer came, need a cherry picker. No engineer since?

Hi


My engineer turned up today & said he needed a cherry picker to basically put a switch on.

it's been over 5 hours & orginal engineer hasn't come back or the cherry picker. 

How long do I have to wait??

 

Any help appreciated!

Note that the ISP won't have sight of Openreach equipment and personnel availability, and may well not receive any information from them until Monday.

All you can do is to contact Sky about this.
