Engineer booked but received message saying not needed

Good afternoon 😁, When I ordered my broadband sky told me I need an engineer to install my g.fast ultra fast 1 broadband, but now on the sky app I got a message saying it will be done remotely and I don't need an engineer.
But it also shows on the recent orders page that the engineer is still coming on the  4/11/24.

Do I need to cancel it? See the images attached below ⬇️.

Strictly speaking the MK4 isn't specified for G.fast.  However as your circuit only has to deliver a minimum 100Mbs, and given the FTTC speeds in your other post, I suppose it's possible they'd consider a remote activation using that faceplate.

If you don't already have the dedicated (and specifically labelled) G.fast faceplate discussed in your other thread then in theory installer attendance is required.

G.fast itself is now an unusual broadband product though, and Sky is about the last ISP still reselling it, so I guess it's possible procedures have changed.
