Install date

Openreach have done there but outside my house but it still says they are coming 29th November. How come sky can't come and do their but so we can start watching sky??

@Coggers56  Whichever tv service you are having requires broadband connection for activation 

 

or if internet is now up and running and you are having Q tv service installed the date given will have been the first available date within your area

Sky is supplying my broadband but said they needed openreach to do their but first which they have done.  They finished on Friday but it still says Openreach are coming on 29th Nov on my order on my Sky account.  Why haven't Sky updated my order and arranged a date to come and finish off the broadband.

We are customers here so have no access to your account, have you spoken to Sky or checked the order tracking page?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
