I had an appointment for an engineer to come round between 8am-1pm. No one came so I called Sky who said our appointment had been postponed but couldn't tell us when it was changed to.
How do I find out?
Sky have my number and email address to contact me if they needed to but they didn't,

If it was an Openreach engineer rather than a Sky engineer then Openreach update their ISPs overnight so Sky may know more tomorrow.

If it was an Openreach engineer rather than a Sky engineer then Openreach update their ISPs overnight so Sky may know more tomorrow.
