Ending with Now Broadband, but no way of contacting them

I am now with Plusnet after being with NOw for years, unfortunately P/net didn;t cancel my acocunt, so trying to get in touch wuth N/B, you cant the number given goes to sky, they can't help, you try to ring anohter one, says problems with automated system .you try to use chat its doesn't exist, you try to change password, its says out of time, clearly N/B is being finished and services run down, but who can i contact, its crazy..

Sorry  but your post is a little bit confusing, you say you are with Pkusmet and Plusnet did not cancel your account ?

Basically, that P/net asked me to contact Now, and i can't, 

anyway managed to log in to account, its been cancelled, thanks
