Empty router box delivered
Just taken delivery of my new router box, opened it as the seal wasn't on there and it's empty. The engineer is due to fit on Thursday and I can't find anywhere to report it on mysky. Any ideas what to do?

I have escalated your post to Sky who should be in touch with you regarding this via a private message on this forum or an email to you, both of which will invite you to a private chat.
