I agreed to super fast broadband starting on 25th April. Since then it has been slower on many occasions and tonight my emails have not downloaded at all on my iPhone or iPad. I've tried all the suggestions to restore it but nothing works. It's really frustrating when you've paid for a "better" service and it turns out to be worse.

Find out more@bettybut beyond checking that the setting of Sky's Broadband Shield is set correctly which you can do in the My Sky app it is unlikely that your email issue is being caused by your internet connection you need to check your email and network settings on your devices. .
