Over the past few weeks we seem to
lise the internet connection on our Sky Glass TV. The hun shows one orange flickering light, one orange stable light and two green. The continuous messsge on the screen first says please wait for you programme to load then changes to No Internet Connection. It's very frustrating and happens every night and does not come back for at least an hour. WHY? FYI - When we check on mySky it's says everything looks fine ☹️

Find out more@BooBoo21 if the internet light is changing from green to amber the connection to the line is going down.when you check the app it shows you the result when the connection test last ran which was when the line was up if as it sounds like there is an intermittent fault it will only show the fault when it is present so click to run the test again.
Unless the system tells you there is a known fault afecting your area or it offers to book an engineer call Sky and report the issue but be warned loads of lines sre playing up mainly duecto the extraordinary amount of rain recently.
