Received email to say I can get full broadband, I confirmed this on open reach website, hence I go into my account it didn't offer me anything more than I already have (super fast 80) neigh on impossible to get through to sky, unable to upgrade

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@chizfoley if the online system is not offering an upgrade it could be Sky have not yet picked up that your address can get full fibre there can be a delay of a week or so beforectheir order system picks up changes.
Sky's phone system will be very busy as ot is the first real working day after the holiday but should settle down in a few days.

Ok thanks for reply, I phoned them regarding upgrade and they said they would return my call when back in office on Tuesday, they never rung back so not having a great experience even before trying to give them more money.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@chizfoley Sky are very busy currently due to the Christmas break and the recent bad weather which has caused a large number of faults. You may find if you delay trying to upgrade your service by a week or so it becomes much easier when things go back to normal.
