My emails about my new broadband set up with Sky are coming from Sky news. Are these genuine or scam

I had received an email from Sky news saying I was leaving and my broadband was disconnected. I contacted them and they set up a new account for me. All the emails I have had from Sky about my new account have come via Sky news. I am not sure what to do. I had ordered all of it via Sky direct.

@Lockard14 give sky a call in the morning 8am onwards an check with them, also have a look on your account, my messages etc and see what is in that area.
