Re: Cant connect my skyq box to my sky broadband router
@Amanda1102 if it is a white Sky hub you can only connect a main Sky Q box which is easiest done by entering the wifi password -tge non-Sky router method. If it is a Q mini then that will need to be connected to the main Q box using wps it cant connect tomthe white Sky hub' directly by wifi.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Re: Cant connect my skyq box to my sky broadband router
Thank you SO much Chrisee 😍
Just converted over to Sky fibre (white router model SR213-02-UK-wht) and it just wouldn't connect wirelessly via the WBS connection. Did as you advised:
- Connected via the 'Connect via non-Sky broadband provider' router option (not the 'Connect via Sky broadband' option, despite our broadband being with Sky)
- Our fibre WiFi network was listed
- Selected our WiFi Network name; entered router password
... connected immediately 😊
I would have never figured that out without your Reply because to all intents/purposes our broadband and Sky services are both provided by Sky, so there would have been no logical route to suggest select 'Connect via non-Sky broadband provider'. I'm guessing because the fibre link is provided by BT *that's* where the 'non-Sky broadband' comes into play 😉 Thank you for saving my sanity after trying to resolve this after a very long, stressful work day! #happyhousehold 💗
