The WiFi connection to my charger is very poor as well it is to some of my other devices please sort thi out.

@JL82 Nobody here can sort it for you, we are just fellow customers, the only option Sky will offer is WiFi extenders and they will only be supplied if you pay for Sky WiFi max which is an additional monthly cost.

You could look at buying extenders yourself, which may work better and could cost less than the required ongoing extra monthly fee(I recently bought a TPlink extender off ebay for £11).

@JL82 if this is an EV charger outside your home they can be difficult to network as the signal has to pass though a solid external wall. I found the best solution  to have a wifi source near a window overlooking the charger. Sky's wifi guarantees like most other isps only applies to equipment in your home not outside.
