Fibre broadband deals

Seen advert for Fibre300 at £24/ month. But as an existing customer it's £39/month. How can that be? Was about to upgrade and pay it and saw an advert stating £24/month. I stopped the order straight away! Now shopping to see what other providers are available. Scandalous!!!

@Mimi_28 shopping around is always a good idea as many companies offer cheaper prices to new customers but note tghese offers often are for a limited period and have some other conditions so read the small print before signing up. 

It is a myth that companies reward loyalty very few actually do as they rely on long term customers not wanting to change.
