Same as me I do the checker and it say no known issue in my area. Well there clearly is. Can't get through to anyone the queues are massive. Really bad it's been down since midnight here. Grrrrr

Still out in EH21. Went down at exactly 9pm last night. I've done service checker and it's finally showing as an issue in the area but saying it could take a few days to fix!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Yelobuni that is a standard message the engineers will be working to fix whatever is wrong as quickly as they can but it is normally impossible for them to give a reliable estimate of how long it will take.

Thanks @Chrisee that's really helpful information. I'm completely new to Sky so I'm getting used to it all. Here's hoping they are able to sort it out soon. At least it's decent weather today if they are having to be out and about! 🙂

Looks like it's back on, but I did speak to Sky about the inconsistent information as I also got a text telling me it was back on and that the issue was closed about two hours before it actually came back on.
as I said to Sky, I know there's nothing they can do about an outage, but when you have their checker saying there's no problem and you've got text messages saying it's fixed when it's still out that's the frustration but rather than sitting at home being frustrated at least I've fed in to their customer services, the messages sent by them but contradicts what's actually happening .

For me in EH15 it's back on. No message or anything but just glad it's back.
