Eero 5 and Sky Hub

I've changed over to Sky from Virgin and have 512Mbps package and eero 5 mesh (3 boxes). The speed when standing  next to the main eero box is only coming out at 200mbps although the speed test from Sky and Eero for the wired connection shows it is working at 512mbps. I've only ever got this speed through WiFi on the day it was installed by Openreach. 

 

The sky hub has 2.4 and 5G turned off. I'm also getting some lagging when doing Zoom calls which I did not get previously (Sky have confirmed no issues with line).

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Only thing I can think of is putting into Bridge mode instead of automatic. Interestingly I did put the WiFi back on the sky hub and while it said it was on nothing connected to it! Have turned back off and relying on eero devices.

The Sky hub doesnt have bridge mode.

Have you tried connecting a device via ethernet to see how it performs? If that is okay then the issue is with your eero system.

As above, I would guess that you need to change the master Eero device from being a router to an access point.

Alas turns out as I have an eero 5 the top speed is limited to 315mbps. Will try bridge mode to see if output improves from 210 to nearer 300.
