I use an internet phone for hybrid working and the connection has been down for 6 days. No calls in or out. Broadband working ok and phone showing in service.
Company phone tech suggests my internet provider have blocked ports and I should request them to unblock?
Changed to white router 2 months ago.
Can someone assist?
