Just fitted an EV zappi charger thro myenergi who require data  usage capture and sky firewall is preventing this via portal 87. Any help appreciated  such as the number to call

@John_T if the Zappi charger needs a firewall port opening this something you have to do yourself it is fiddly but usually possible. The method varies by hub type so post the colour of your hub.
