I don't know if Sky discloses this information or not but how often does your dynamic ip change and does it also change when your router turns off, eg. a power outage. Thanks

Isp ip addresses are sticky. They usually only change after the hub has been switched off for more than 1/2 an hour

Sky uses 3600 second (one hour) DHCP lease times for the external IP address so if the router is switched off or otherwise disconnected for over half an hour a different address may be assigned when it reconnects.
