Hi,
My wife and I work from home and most of the time, the connection is fine, and fast. But on video/audio calls it occasionally drops, briefly for a second or two, then comes back. COuld this be a connection issue, or WifI (booster etc)?

We are experiencing persistent freezing on Teams most noticeably, does anyone have any tips to fix this!
