Apps don't load on phone

Recently had fibre.   All tests on app are good but a lot of apps on my phones won't load.  It's as thought the wi fi is slow but the tests show it's not ??  Tried re booting it.  No Joy. Any advice welcome.

That sounds like a Sky Shield issue to me, have you tried disabling it?

I am not new to sky. This problem has only come about since I've had fibre.   I'm having to use 4g which is quicker.

@Juliannn  I would check Sky broadband sheild to make sure it has not re-set to the default of PG13.

Seems to work better with broadband shield disabled.   But I need to have it on to protect what my children can watch ??

@Juliannn  Have you tried all of the settings to see if one of them stick and still does what it is supposed to do.
