Fibre cable

Hi, my fibre cable has been cut in two by my decorator, who do I contact to get it fixed and how can I contact them? Thanks

@CW1231  You will have to contact Sky for to get this issue fixed. If your landline is dead then you will have to use the number at the bottom of the link below under "need more help ".

But first I would run the broadband test to see if it can see this fault.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
