Hi, my fibre cable has been cut in two by my decorator, who do I contact to get it fixed and how can I contact them? Thanks

But first I would run the broadband test to see if it can see this fault.
Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
