Dropped packets on sky broadband

Getting freezing screens on tv using sky multi room and on my laptop when working from home.

Running constant pings to sky.com, google.com and bbc.co.uk and they all go high (over 100ms) and time out at the same time.

 

Nothing has changed in the layout of the house and the router is optimally set up.
