Dropped connection
I've just had a new city fibre box installed and had no issues for about 4 hours. Now it says my connection has dropped. I can still connect to my WiFi but with no internet access.
The city fibre box is missing its service light that should be on but the rest seem to be working. Have tried resetting and following instructions but no luck

@Cstew2 Might be someone doing something, did the CF Engineer not advise you it may drop out a few times?
