New broadband password not working

New full fibre hub password not working. Old hub disconnected but old password  is working 

Tried reset  on new hub but comes up with old password.

Your new hub should have a new password unless you login to it and set the network name and password the same as you had on the old one ?

 

That apart are your devices still looking for the old hub as they shouldn't be able to see your new Sky network name ?

@wollies2716 What sky hub are you using, what way did you reset the actual sky Hub, and are you sure that you did that correctly if try to do a Factory Reset to a sky hub.... If you do not follow correctly you just get a reset of a hub boot sequence and nothing else!
