Droping internet at random time

Hi. Not far ago we renewed contract and once new router was installed at random time a day we've got dropping internet, some like.. Wi-Fi is connected but phones says 'connected without internet' how to solve that?

It's so annoying and am ready to end contract and get other provider..

@Damian95 unless you are in the first 31 days of a new service Sky will hold you to contract unless you givethem a reasonable chance to sort the issue and they agree to release you.. As it sounds like a line issue simply switching to another supplier wont help unless they use a different network than Openreach.

Tbh I don't think so its line problem, once we turn on and off plane mode problem gone for a while
