Slow internet

My internet is on 38:35 why is this happening?

@Gompy333 forum members cannot answer tgat for you without more information. First what speed does Sky's service checker nin the My Sky app report - if you click on the broadband link it will give you the recent speed history and the guaranteed speed for your line if speeds are down the app should offer more help. If those results look as it should be but speed tests on your devices are slower that is most likely to be the  wifi speed in your home unless of course you are testing over an ethernet connection.

It constantly says I am running on 150-151 but when my daughter is on her game it's saying the lower speed
