Drop in connection

We have noticed a drop in overall internet connection

@Lucialupo if you run the connection test in the My Sky app by clicking on the broadband test it will tell you the current speed and recent f=history. If these are approaching the minimum spedd for your line the app should offer to book an engineer to check the line.
