Downstairs booster not working

I've had non stop issues with my broadband since upgrading it in Feb. The last week I am back to having to reconnect my sky box every single time we turn it on despite it being plugged in to the booster thing.

@Emma_26-12 What sky box are you talking about and into which sky booster also, you are not talking to sky posting on the Forum, just customers like yourself!

Yep realised that when it sent and I couldn't delete it. Sounds about right Sky not actually wanting to deal with their own problems. 

 

I got the Sky Max Hub in Feb and I have had so many issues. I work from home and it cuts off almost every single phone call when I'm speaking to a customer. Now my sky Q won't stay connected, despite being plugged in directly to on of those haxagon things. I've had so many engineers out and it always works when they leave but then stops five minutes later. Phones and Ipads seem okay, just my pc and laptop, and the sky Q 😭

@Emma_26-12 Did you see the posting earlier about not putting sky Q onto a pod?

No I didn't, but that's what the engineer did when he came out. He said it wouldn't work otherwise because the sky Q tech isn't compatible with the Max Hub?

@Emma_26-12 Was searching for the link, reach out to the user last posting, he may have had some input as to why. Link is below. Do not use any off the sky max or pods, would not entertain in any format but that is my own personal thoughts... And was posted that the Q is now fixed and working with sky max, but how good or stable no idea!
