Downloading call of duty to my Xbox, sky says minimum download speed guarantee is 45mbps however my the game is downloading between 15 and 20mbps but a speed test on my sky app is saying 37.4mbps.

@Katie1001 I really wish Sky would change the wording on their marketing as they can't guarantee your download speed, the speed they guarantee is your line access speed(the speed from the exchange/cabinet to your router).

I've been having issues all day with Xbox downloads being either very slow or wildly fluctuating and I'm not with Sky, so it may an Xbox issue.

No ISP will guarantee a download speed. The guarantee is for your connection speed to the hub aka sync speed...

Are you using WiFi? If so that is likely what is slowing it down.
