Router password being changed back

I recently had to change my router password due to security concerns, however after logging on to order something I have found that it has been changed back to the original. Anyone had this problem

You may not have applied it properly or the router may have reverted back to factory defaults due to a problem or someone pressing the reset button on the rear of the hub.
