Download and device speed

I've noticed that things are taking a long time to load and download on multiple devices over the last few days

@Joanne291239 What hub and what service do you have from sky! Have you also tried just turning the hub off for a couple hours before putting it back on!

It's the white one. Not sure which service but I've called them today to upgrade my speed. 
I will try turning it off though in the meantime. Thank you.
