white hub with no light

i have the super fast max hub and it was working fine then the light turned off on it and it won't come back on, no wifi connection to anything. i've tried unplugging it all and tried different sockets but nothings working. When i run tests on my phone it says it's all working fine...?

Did you run this line test:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
