Download and Upload Below Minimum Regularly
I keep checking my broadband speeds at different times of the day and it struggles to reach the minimum guaranteed levels of 31.6 download and 7 upload.
The best today via OOKLA was 27.62 download and 6 upload.
Can you please help improve these speeds?

Re: Download and Upload Below Minimum Regularly
@DKB52 the speed test checkers measure yhe slowest part of ghe trznsfer which is frequently the wifi connection in your home. Sky like other isps only guarantee speeds to the hub as wifi speed is sometning thst isnt under their control. You also have to allow for roughly 8% on the connection speed which is lost due to network overheads.
You can check the connection speed to the hub either by running the test in the My Sky app or by posting your hub's stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
