I am in dover. No problems  with my broadband,  but I am on full fibre to the property 500mps, 55inch  sky glass tv , and 1 puck

@Ian717 Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

The broadband test tells me there is an outage in my area, but gives no useful information such as when it will be fixed.

 

Ringing the sky broadband contact number - found only via a Google search - gets me a recorded message. 

 

The loss of the internet is bad enough - and potentially professionally quite dangerous - but the lack of any specific details about what is happening is very frustrating.

@Ian717  If there is an outage in the area then it will not just be Sky that is effected. So Openreach will be doing there best to get everyone online again.
