Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Acceptance Sky do offer a social tariff but the account holder will have to be in receipt of a means tested benefits like Universal Credit to qualify see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-social-tariff
If that applies you can switch to thst by speaking to them but you will need to prove you are on one of the benefits listed..
Otherwise if you are not still in the 18 month contract period you maybe able to downgrade to a cheaper service as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-sky-broadband-questions-answered
In gerneral Sky do not allow customers to downgrade during the contract period but you can ask.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Acceptance if you call on your Sky Talk line the call is free dial 150. That also works if you have Sky mobile by the way. Sky need to check your Income based ESA entitlement with the DWP so need to speak to you to do that.
