Missing ONT box - Ireland

Hi all,

I've just tried registering for fibre broadband in with Sky Ireland but I've been told that they can't do anything as our ONT box is missing.

It appears to have been removed by our previous tenants. The fibre cable appears to be intact with the green plug on the end.

Does anyone know who I can contact to get a replacement ONT box?

@rjbarker84 not 100% certain but Sky use SIRO's fibre network. In the UK Sky would have to speak to Openreach to get a replacement ONT. I would ring Sky Ireland again and check that the advice you were given was correct and ask for a number to call if it was.
