Down again

Over the last couple of months my broadband/wifi works intermittently turning the router off has now become a daily chore. Then seeing that everything is ok on the sky fortune telling app/ fault finding beggars belief. Sort it out it's never been this bad.

No one will sort it by posting here.

 

This is a customer to customer forum; you are not speaking to Sky customer service. If you haven't already done so, you'll need to call Sky.
