@Skypee you have what sounds to be 2 separate issues.

The download speed issue can be caused by a slow fown in speed to your hub which is easily checked by running thecservice checker innthe My Sky app as Sky tests thecspeedcevery day if you click on the cureentvtest result you shouldcseevthe history forvthe last 3 weeks. If speeds are lower than the guaranteed speed for your line thecapp should offer help. If as is probsble that is OK your issue is likely to be poor wifi in your home which is incredibly common. Making dure your hub is out in the open on a surface isxsensible beyond thst you are into getting an extender or similar perhaps by buying Sky's WiFi Max bundle see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max

Printing issues are normally down to a configuration issue sometimes simple reboots can work but beyond that you would have to post more drtails.

Re: Terrible speeds. Poor Speedtest results

Thank you for your detailed response. I did check with the Sky checker  which suggests speeds are excellent.  I'm getting download speeds of 12, even if I'm standing undeneath the router which yep, does spend its life in a cupboard (but I do open the door to let the signal move around- helps sometimes but not always). Have rebooted phone and internet. Still rubbish. Works okay at 7.15am I've noticed.
