Sky Max hub & pod not yet received - re-arrange Openreach?

Hi All, so my openreach visit for Full Fibre is due tomorrow afternoon, but at time of writing I've not received my Sky Max Hub & Pod, thanks to Royal Mail who've sent it on a journey round the country, currently sitting in Medway Mail Centre, Kent according to the 'tracking' (which hasn't updated for 24hrs, so there's still a slim chance it might show up).

 

Do I re-arrange openreach?  Or let them come and do the outside work, then I can connect the Hub / Pod myself when it arrives?

@john+lewis+kreft Yes, do not delay any off the Fibre or connection installation unless you wish to go back 21 day's!

 

The sky Max hub yes, and if you do get a pod with it count that as a bonus! Just so you know!
