Down again

Reset fibre box input box and router several times

LOS light solid red on fibre input box and cannot be reset

tell tale signs of connection issues over last few dats are phones pinging when connection drops happening over last week or so

not happy that when calling 150 getting no response

will call back in the morning

When it is down after midnight to around 6am then it could be overnight maintenance taking place.

 

If it still down later then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it doesn't always pick up issues straight away so it might be worth trying again later if this is the case:
