Doorbell won't work

I have a door bell that uses 2.4ghz but we currently have only 5ghz. Can I fix this or should I just get a new doorbell?

@Pizzabutty

Sky Q, Sky Broadband and Sky Max Hubs broadcast the same SSID on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz simultaneously by default.

@Pizzabutty  What @TimmyBGood  is telling you is the name of your Wi-Fi that you can see when you are trying to connect to it. As default the 2.4 & 5.0 GHz on the Sky router are named the same.
