How does the order process work for a current Sky Broadband customer?

@Boolee When you can see that it is available to order you order it just like anything else. This should not change your end date of your minimum term contract with Sky. But you might have to wait a number of weeks for the database to catch up until you are able to order FTTP.

Thanks, so I will eventually be able to order it through the Sky App and not via Openreach?
