Dongle

Openreach have advised me to contact Sky for a dongle as my broadband installation is going to take up to 3 weeks due to needing to do groundwork. 

is this possible? I cannot find a contact number or live chat.

Unfortunately that was poor advice: while some ISPs may choose to provide temporary cellular data access in such circumstances, Sky does not.  You could choose to acquire a cellular router and suitable SIM card for yourself if you wish.

 

If you were given a definite activation date which was subsequently delayed, compensation should be payable.
