Done all suggestiojs
Had engineer come. Said wifi fi fine. It isn't keeps dropping. Engineer coming back tomorrow. Thinking changing to BT. Asked if I have medical issues. Told them it's none of their business paying for service that's not happening and engineer not to do job

@Catlady666 the reason for the question is probsbly to check if you hsve any medical equipment or alarms which require use od an analgue phone connection. It is a standard question. It also helps establish if you havecan additional support needs.
Switching to BT means any line issues will move with uou as both Sky and BT ( now trading as EE for broadband) use Openreach lines.
